In case of Private Memberships, the principal membership holder & his or her immediate family for non-wellness vacations. For wellness vacations only members with a created profile can avail stays. In case of corporate memberships, users allowed by the corporate can avail stays.
A membership can only be upgraded but not downgraded. Upgrades are subject to availability, with prior notice & cluster location. A membership cannot be transferred for commercial or financial gain and can only be transferred to the nominee mentioned by principal membership holder.
Excelsior memberships come with a flexible stay schedule that enables them to book stays at any time of their choice. For other types, a stay is subject to availability during peak season. For wellness vacations, a fixed schedule is allotted for members.

Pricing varies by duration, type, cluster & home (base) brand chosen. The most affordable membership starts at ₹50,000 and goes further up the pricing scale as the duration & features increase. On average, with this membership cost, the savings on a usual premium vacation are in the range of 15% to 20%.

The packages are paid entirely using the points received in the membership. Our general allotments are as follows: 70% of points for stays, 20% for food & beverage expenses at properties and 10% for the optional fitness regimes. Members need not pay using currency for any fitness package.
Yes. The membership can be used year after year if left unused during the stated duration or schedule, the only stipulation being that the company must be informed at least 15 days in advance of not availing the stay. In case of points rollover, no fees are charged to the member.
